2025 Toyota GR Supra Track Edition Priced for Australia

Toyota Australia has announced that the 2025 GR Supra Track Edition will hit dealerships next month, priced at $105,295 AUD before on-road costs.

This new Track Edition is priced $19,000 higher than the entry-level Supra GT manual and $9,000 above the GTS manual on which it’s based, making it only the third Toyota model in Australia to surpass $100,000 — alongside the Tundra and LandCruiser 300 Series variants.

Despite the premium price, the Track Edition remains significantly more affordable than the BMW Z4 M40i, which shares the same platform and factory but starts at $142,000 in Australia.

According to car.news, Toyota describes this new variant as “the most focused version of the Supra GR to date,”underlining its track-ready design and sharper handling characteristics.

Unlike many special editions, the Track Edition will not have a production cap in Australia, ensuring demand can be met.

The car comes equipped with 19-inch matte black 10-spoke alloy wheels, aerodynamic upgrades including a front underlip spat, wheel-arch aero flaps, and a carbon-fibre ducktail rear spoiler.

Handling improvements include retuned steeringadaptive dampers, a larger front anti-roll bar, increased negative camber on the front wheels, aluminium anti-roll brackets front and rear, a stiffer rear subframe, and an active limited-slip differential. Larger GR-branded brakes complete the performance package.

Power is unchanged from the 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six engine, delivering 285kW and 500Nm, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox powering the rear wheels.

Inside, the Supra Track Edition features a 12-speaker JBL sound system, wireless phone charging, and heated seats.

The current A90-generation Supra is expected to be replaced in 2026, ending its joint development with BMW as the Z4 ceases production. Toyota has confirmed the Supra name will continue beyond 2026, with rumors of a Lexus-badged successor in the works.

Toyota is gearing up for the Supra’s entry in the 2026 Australian Supercars Championship, and according to car.news, the Track Edition won’t be limited in production, ensuring more enthusiasts can access this focused model.
